Flying into the future
Performance and aesthetics are not necessarily mutually exclusive. The SVR-Lazartigue trimaran, a real sea-going vessel from the MerConcept workshops, is the best illustration of that. From design to construction, the capri-blue trimaran has required the integration of numerous performance-enhancing innovations: a lightweight boat with sleek lines, flying air thanks to innovative appendages (rudders, foils), and equipped with cutting-edge IT and electronic tools.

A local touch
Nearly twenty local companies were involved in the SVR-Lazartigue trimaran project, with more than 150,000 hours and 40 months of work at the end of the construction. Among them: the VPLP architectural firm, GSEA Design - CDK Technologies for the floats and foils and Magma Composites for the clew bar - Multiplast for the central hull - C3 Technologies for the daggerboard and rudders - North Sails for the sails and Lorima for the mast. All have been working since winter 2019 to build and prepare the SVR-Lazartigue trimaran.
